Lamisa Shaik, M.S., MHC
Supervising Psychotherapist
I believe therapy is a space where we can slow down, better understand ourselves, and make sense of the experiences that have shaped us. Growth doesn’t mean becoming a different person; it means developing the awareness, tools, and confidence to navigate life in a way that feels more authentic to who you are. My role is to meet you where you are, without judgment, and support you as we work toward meaningful and lasting change together.

Julian Delacruz, M.S., MHC
Psychotherapist
I’m a warm and culturally competent mental health counselor committed to creating a welcoming and judgment-free space where every individual feels seen, heard, and respected. I recognize that our experiences, our identities, and our circumstances shape the way we understand ourselves and the world around us. Through skill building and self-exploration, we can determine who we want to be, and who we will become.

Katy Peralta, M.S., MHC
Psychotherapist
I believe one of the most important aspects of therapy is having a space where you feel safe, comfortable, and able to be yourself. My goal is to provide that space while helping you work through whatever may be bringing you to therapy.
I am warm, supportive, and solution-focused in my approach. I want to understand what you are going through, but I also want us to work together to figure out what can help you move forward. Sometimes that means looking at patterns, relationships, or past experiences, and other times it means focusing on practical changes you can begin making right now. I genuinely enjoy connecting with people and hearing their stories. I want my clients to feel that therapy is a place where they can talk openly, feel understood, and know that we are working together toward the changes they want to make.

Keith Rogers, M.S.
Psychotherapist
Everyone deserves the opportunity to be understood and respected for who they are. In my work with clients, we strive collaboratively to establish a strong connection and therapeutic alliance, with the best interests of the client always in mind. The whole client is taken into consideration, which includes their physical self, as well as their spiritual self. A person’s spiritual life is of particular interest to me, and faith-based work is one of the modalities I choose for clients who place a high value on their spiritual beliefs.

Andrea Bonaparte, M.S., MHC
Psychotherapist
I believe therapy should be a space where you feel safe enough to be honest, supported enough to be vulnerable, and comfortable enough to be yourself. My goal is to create that kind of space for every client I work with. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, navigating a major life change, struggling with your relationships, or simply feeling like something in your life needs to shift, you do not have to figure it all out on your own. I want to understand your story—not just what is bringing you to therapy, but the experiences, relationships and circumstances that have shaped who you are today. At the same time, I believe therapy should feel meaningful and useful, so we will work together to develop practical tools, healthier ways of coping, and a better understanding of yourself and what you need.

Louis DeMartino, M.A., MHC
Psychotherapist
As a therapist, I strive to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable being their authentic selves. I am a compassionate and attentive listener who genuinely values getting to know each person and understanding their unique experiences. Bringing genuine empathy, care, and dedication to my work with every client, I look forward to getting to know you, building that trusting therapeutic relationship, and supporting you along your journey.

Joanna E. De León, MSEd
Pre-Licensed Mental Health Counselor
City University of New York, Hunter College.
As a pre-licensed professional mental health counselor, I support individuals navigating stress, anxiety, and life transitions with compassion and curiosity. I believe meaningful therapy begins with a collaborative relationship grounded in authenticity, trust, and acceptance. My goal is to create a space where clients feel truly seen and heard as they explore their experiences, develop insight, and move toward greater balance and well-being.

Jacqueline Tula-Velazquez, MA, MS, MHC-LP
Everyone deserves a space where they feel seen, heard, and accepted. My philosophy is rooted in compassion, connection, and cultural representation, creating a place where you can show up as your authentic self without judgment. Through a warm, trauma-informed, and integrative approach, I meet you where you are and support you in understanding your experiences, recognizing your strengths, and navigating life's challenges with greater clarity and self-compassion. I believe that "the only way out is through," and I hope to walk alongside you as you move through difficult moments, begin transitions, gain new skills, build on your strengths, and discover who you are.
